All fees are communicated and agreed upon before project commencement
Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe
Late payments may result in project suspension or delayed delivery
All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing
Taxes, duties, or government levies (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client.
You retain ownership of all materials you provide to us. You grant Truly Massive a limited license to use these materials solely for the purpose of delivering the services.
Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
Truly Massive retains:
Ownership of concepts, drafts, unused ideas, and working files
The right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials
Revisions are limited to the number agreed upon in the project scope
Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges
Client approval is required at each milestone to proceed
Once final approval is given, Truly Massive is not responsible for errors overlooked by the client.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, sensitive, or non-public information shared during the course of the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.
We may use third-party tools or platforms (e.g., hosting providers, analytics tools, ad platforms).
Truly Massive is not responsible for:
Service interruptions caused by third parties
Changes in policies or algorithms of third-party platforms
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Truly Massive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service
We do not guarantee specific business results such as sales growth, rankings, or performance metrics.
You agree to indemnify and hold Truly Massive harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Materials provided by you
Misuse of our services
Violation of these Terms
Either party may terminate services:
By written notice
For material breach of these Terms
Upon termination:
All outstanding invoices become immediately payable
Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly
You agree not to:
Misuse the website
Attempt unauthorized access
Upload harmful code or content
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations.
Truly Massive shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, or government actions.
